I have studied in forensic medi cine that rape can be defined under sec 375 ipc as unlawful sexual intercourse by a man with a women against her will without her consent and the best part with her consent when it is obtained by force fear impersonation harm to her body or her relative or when she is of unsound mind . Basically agar consent nhi le rhe ho to rapist ho tum. But as vague as it is there is no inclusion of marital rape as if married women are not women ... rape of a man as if men dont have holes and biggest of all no mention of mental rape which every typical Indian student has to go through that too without any lubrication.
