Good versus Evil: Is it worth battling or are both

Good versus Evil: Is it worth battling or are both meant to co-exist? I would like to refer to a quote of the greatest physicist cum scientist of this millennium, Albert Einstein, “The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything.People believe that both good and evil are contrary to each other in terms of nature but philosophers believe that both good and evil are complementary to each other. Noble Laureate cum eminent physicist, Albert Einstein made a phenomenal comment on existence and relationship between good and evil. He asked, “Does cold exist? Does darkness exist?”. Physicists considered that cold is the absence of heat.Likewise, darkness is the absence of light.Knowledge and wisdom are two prominent qualities that a human being can attain without much effort. A knowledgeable person is able to provide better vision to the society. Lack of enlightening knowledge, guidance and wisdom throws a person into darkness. He becomes unaware of his wrongdoings.
I would not get into the conventional theme of good and bad, where good is represented by the God and evil is represented by the satanic practices of the devil. In ancient stories and mythological legends, stories used to revolve around the God and the Satan. In classical tragedies, good and moral practices used to be considered to convey the existence of God but that is totally different from today's concept of devil and good.
German philosopher, mathematician, and scholar in multiple domains, Leibniz proposed his famous theory on metaphysics based on this phenomenon. He made an insightful comment that this phenomenon aided to reshape human mind over ages. I would make a short note on Yin and Yang that was predominantly proposed by the Chinese philosophers. They mentioned that both good and evil complement each other. Good and evil will always co-exist, and they will complement each other. It has been observed that behavioural traits are major factors for differentiating between good and evil individuals. In Christian literature, this conflict between the good and evil has been explained through the existence of the God and Satan. To sum up,it can be concluded that the co-existence of good and evil is inevitable.
