Poem Title: "The Child In Me"

By: Evangelist Moses Kelvin Fembeh.

At home and school, the famous child, Susan.

Dad's favorite and mum's best,
Being the first child
Mum always calls, Suzie! come;
And when I look at Dad, his lovely smiles keeps me sturdy in the home.

Dad & mum obey me,
And cheers me up and spoilt me with gifts.

Being stylish at my behavior, bothersome my mum becomes.
At school, my aunty also obey me at once.

At school I'm easy-going
In reality I'm stilly,
But, I won't be taking care by a temerarious, Nanny.

Aunty at school is loving, caring, and compassionate,

At school, I'm apprehended from causing problem,
But her unconditional love is unbeatable and extraordinary and it's a protective shield,
To me, my parents and aunty, are everything. I harkens to them all.

Yeah though
Promised I made to be transformed but the child in me
Keeps growing until.

At five,
My child in me, Impuissant A wandering young Suzie at school.

My parents at work,
Calling my aunty to check on me at the stated clock
Under my aunty protective shields,
 At school am perfectly okay.

Though eager I become to see my parents,
When I look around the school premises, I find no relative
I tend to cling to my aunty Betty, and my peers,

My 'first day at school was boring, I preserved the child in me.

My Aunty,
My sweet aunty at school applauded me, for being calm.

The child in me
 explodes on the following weeks,
And work becomes hectic but just fine by aunty,

Being a foreigner to my first, ever school,
I noted new things, such as learning to talk and singing rhymes.

 Rhyme:

 Johnny Johnny Yes Pa;
Eating Sugar,
No Papa
Telling lies, no Papa,
Open your mouth
HahahahahahašŸ¤£šŸ¤£haha"!!!

What a toilsome and observant Aunty!
She can predict my every mood and act with confidentiality.

I am the luckiest child on Earth to be loved and cared by my parents.

The child in me grows
The child in me inactive at five
The child in me awesome to Daddy,
The child in me bothersome to mum,
The child in me hectic for aunty at school.
The child in me beautiful in my eyes.
The child in me...
All I could say metamorphoses
