FAQ based on experience and suggestions:- 1- Gas supply's has been interrupted, local distributors are not delivering the booked orders ..even they are not responding on phones..where should we"people' approach and whom can be contacted to short this out because without food life can't be imagined. 2- online grocery bookings are not getting delivered whether its essential services and government has given clear instructions to continue the same. 3-Most of local clinic are closed where should ppl go for basic medical needs ..don't see any stagnant arrangement? Whom should be contacted and how for basic clinical needs or only corona infection will be considered as clinical needs ? 4- People who are uneducated, daily wagers , and workers came from other states are in panic situation if they can't work.. Neither beg nor anyone is asking for help. 5-Fruits,vegetables and groceries prices are touching sky because supply is interrupted!people don't have any options rather complaining on social sites ...any helpline or local officials allocated who can take prompt action on complains? 6-If there is any emergency in families of outsiders who are working here ..can they go home ? At least they can use their private vehicles with proper safety majors and travel to there natives ?? Suggestios:- Government should check the ground reality of basic needs availability and price control ..must be allocated some officials/helpline or can be created a team of volunteers which should work under a good leadership, that must be done on lowest unit of municipal corporation like sector/gaon. Volunteers contribution must be acknowledged and rewarded. Half of the problems will be resolved the moment people will get to know that they are being heard and price manipulation will be stopped if vendors supply in not interrupted! *Best way to resolve this issue to create a link or app with basic information like corona testing and help required with limited questions like foot/health/any emergency. Where pople can mark their locations and put their grivence ! Issues can be shorted location wise in a very short time and government can take prompt action against to most common issues ..hardly one government officials or admin body's phone call will enough to resolve more than 50% problems without and additional setup or burden on administration. * People should be allowed to travel to their natives in emergency with strict restrions like- 1-Not more than 4 people should travel in one car. 2-All safty norms must be described and inspect by police while traveling. 3- Family must be allowed to travel in one car because they are living in one house and there is nothing wrong if they are traveling in one car! 4- some medical setup must be done on district level or cities borders to check corona infections. 5- It must be described in guidelines that if anybody who will be found corona infected while traveling will be jailed and charged havy penalties with supporting bodies as only healthy people can travel and loads of metro's can be reduced. *Above all ..executions of all rules and guidelines has to treated like "most essential law" and violation of this must be subject of hardcore punishment. Please help me to get this viral and let it get in notice of state government and central government because lockdown duration is not confirmed and possibilities of getting situation more disastrous can't be denied.
