GOODBYE People say that goodbye is the saddest thing in the world, Indeed, it is but it could be memorable, As I experienced it myself, This is my story… our story. I met a guy who I love the most, He has the precious smile that could give me hope, Responsible and a man of word, Never give up and passionate on work. He doesn’t care about his flaws, Even people judge him and so gross, Having good values and principles, Care for people, unable to say no. I admire him above all, Did everything even compose songs, Write letters and hundreds of poems, Comfort and hug him when he’s forlorn. I tried to get out of my comfort zone, Just to be with him, I adjusted myself in his world, Believing he will love me more. Until one day, at the middle of the road, He stopped the car and shout loud, At that moment I can’t talk nor breathe, The man I love suddenly turned into beast. He grabbed my hand, And looked at me with wrathful eyes, Don’t know why he acted like that, Seems not the guy I Iove. Afterwards, his madness was replaced by tears, My heart was filled with sadness, I knew that would happen, I knew his heart was full of pain. He was afraid to leave me alone, And fear of death which is upon him, Who knows that a good man like him, Will die in my arms in the middle of cold night. He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, And that night is saddest part of my life, We watched the moon and stars in the sky, While waiting for his last minute. The saddest yet beautiful goodbye happened, As he whispered in my ears, “I love you, goodbye. My heart will always belong to you”. Our hearts were united, As he closed his eyes and I feel his lips, And after that he stopped breathing, And so do I. GOODBYE #itstheendofourstory
