GREEN SAUCE FRIED CHICKEN

RESEP AWUG BANDUNG
Awug is a traditional food that is familiar to the Sundanese community & includes 1 popular snack in Bandung. Awug made from basic ingredients of rice flour / glutinous rice & a combination of both recipes like make awug below.
Main ingredients : 250 g rice flour
250 g glutinous rice flour
500 cc water
2 tsp salt
1 grain of coconut, grated
250 gr brown sugar, finely sliced
WAY AWUG BANDUNG : Mix rice flour, sticky rice flour, water & salt flat.
Enter the grated coconut.
Take the dough, fill ½ tbsp brown sugar in the middle & wrap it with banana leaves, steamed cooked.
No banana leaves, place the dough in a baking sheet with oil.
Put a layer of dough, give brown sugar, cover again with batter.
Add more brown sugar on top, cover it again with the dough.
