I know not why people are ever so scared at the thought of someone, especially Women, having 'Vitiligo'.

A skin problem due to 'Pigmentation' can cause so much of a 'hulla-baloo'.

Women goin' depressed,have heard of such cases,where 'Women' have been ostracized,owing to this.

Since my growing years,I have been often told, especially by the female members of my family,that am not so 'essentially Feminine'.

This left me unaffected,ever since & made me be 'myself' even more.This helped me immensely to shape my 'personality'.

I have my own way of styling myself up.I like wearing Western,I love wearing 'Saree',I fancy wearing 'Denim' with a 'Baggy White Shirt',at times I even love wearing 'Jhumkas'(earrings) but otherwise am mostly 'Clumsy',not so 'consciously dressed'.

When I was detected Vitiligo,I felt bad,no doubt but it made me 'doubly strong' from within.
Doctor advised me to be an 'Optimist' & not to take unnecessary 'Stress'.

'Vitiligo' changed my approach towards life.I came to realise the essence of 'Being a Woman',from the lens of other women & it sounded 'hilarious' to me,how they think 'bout a woman's beauty,as in how it should be & how men are drawn towards 'essentially Feminine' women,since ages.

Being a Gender Enthusiast,it left me at awe,how society is able to succeed in 'conditioning these women' to think so,even in the 21st Century.

Today,I stand strong & celebrate 'Vitiligo' with arms wide open & the 'Magical Power' & 'Freedom,ever so Divine',I have attained aftermath.

I want to shout out to all,I am ever so Awesome,ever so Special because I have a unique 'Skin Colour' & anything that's unique needs special recognition.

'Vitiligo',to me is ever so 'Captivating'.

We,should not,strive to alienate or isolate Poetry from life.
