I see my society and i find people searching for someone who could motivate them who could bring them back to their lives. They all are depressed and wanna give up on their lives they don't want to live anymore..In this depressed society i see myself differently..I think differently and i want everyone to live their lives independently..I want to tell them that they dont need anyone to motivate them..Every second person is suffering from depression and they all are waiting for each other.Isn't it ridiculous? we all are here,Breathing.We can motivate ourselves not everyone can be there for you so learn to be independent.This is your life,You have your own rules you can break them you can follow them u can do watever u want to.Sorrows and pain are the part of life but learn to fight for yourself..It wont cost you anything..Only u can make impossible things POSSIBLE #AmtulSalam #motivation_for_life #Independent#Motivation

پہلے مجھے اچھا لگتا تھا سب سے دور رہ کر تنہائی کو محسوس کرنا۔۔کبھی دل بھاری محسوس ہوتا تو دنیا کی پرواہ کیے بغیر میں رو لیتی تھی اور بوجھ ہلکا کر لیتی تھی۔مجھے باتوں سے الجھن تھی مجھے خاموش رہنا،خاموشی سے اپنوں کو ہنستا ہوئے دیکھنا اور اپنے کام میں محو رہنا اچھا لگتا تھا۔۔ لیکن اب نہ جانے کیا ہوگیا ہے۔۔مجھے تنہائی کو محسوس کرنے کے لیے دور جانے کی ضرورت نہیں پڑتی۔۔دوستوں کی محفل میں بھی ایک عجیب سی کوفت اور تنہائی کا احساس ہوتا ہے۔۔۔دل میں غموں کا بوجھ ہوتے ہوئے بھی میں رو نہیں پاتی ۔۔۔میری روح میں گہری خاموشی چھا گئی ہے۔۔میں کتنا ہی کیوں نہ بول لوں یہ خاموشی نہیں ٹوٹتی۔۔۔میں اب ہر طرف دیکھتی ہوں لیکن اپنے کسی مظر میں نظر نہیں آتے۔۔اور اگر کسی کو ہنستے دیکھ لوں تو اس کی ہنسی میں عجیب سی بے بسی جھلکتی نظر آتی ہے۔۔۔میرا دل اب کسی کام میں نہیں لگتا لیکن پھر بھی ایک ضرورت اور بوجھ سمجھ کر کرنا پڑتا ہے۔۔!!! لوگ کہتے ہیں بہت بدل گئی ہو!!لیکن یہ تبدیلی کتنی اذیت دیتی ہے کوئی نہیں جانتا۔۔!! #AmtulSalam #MyJourney#MyLife#Experience

My Dear Diary It was badly good year for me. I read somewhere *A year can do alot to a person* And this year made it true. A year before, I was totally a different person. I used to fight with others for little things. And then some worst things entered in my life. I was about to give up but am still fighting for myself. I learned that success doesnt matter. If you are fighting and you win, You will you will only learn to celebrate in good time But if you lose,You will learn to survive no matter what, you will learn to smile when everybody is waiting for you to cry.
