  • Event Organizer: The person or the agency which chooses to organize events and Live Shows on Nojoto
  • Transaction: When you purchase a product or service on Nojoto

Nojoto Wallet

  • Nojoto wallet is a closed wallet which can be used to purchase products and services on Nojoto.
  • Once it is recharged the cash cannot be withdrawn and can only be used to purchase goods and services on Nojoto’s platform.
  • Money kept in Nojoto’s wallet is called Nojoto Rupees, and is not actually Indian Currency, but virtual credits, which can be used to purchase products and services on Nojoto.
  • Customers using Nojoto wallet should be above 18 years


  • Cashbacks are promotional or reward credits that you earn when you use Nojoto.
  • Cashbacks can be used for specific transactions only.
  • Cashbacks cannot be redeemed or transferred to bank account.
  • Cashback at all times remains the property of Nojoto, which reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion and without giving notice to such customers to withdraw the same and benefits arising from it.
  • Cashback that you earn when you book on the website, mobile apps and mobile web has a definite validity.
  • Cashback and terms thereof may be modified at the sole discretion of Nojoto without prior intimation to the customers.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Paytm Wallet, UPI and PayU Money. 

What products and services you can Purchase on Nojoto:

  • Live Shows & events:
    • You can purchase Live Shows / Interactions with your favorite artist/people on the platform
    • Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled by you, and hence no refund.

Pricing and availability

  • Nojoto Platform sells tickets on behalf of Event Organizers and therefore has no control on its availability and pricing.
  • After the payment is complete, You will receive a confirmation page or email
  • If You do not receive a confirmation number after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, please get in touch with our customer service department to confirm whether the order has been placed or not at Team@Nojoto.com

Cancellation, Exchanges and Refunds

  • Payment Gateway to Wallet:
    • In case your transactions fails because of any issue, the money will be refunded back to your bank account or wallet within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Tickets & Purchases:
    • Tickets & purchases once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded
    • If an Event is cancelled or postponed and the Event Organisers of such Event agree on issuing a refund for the tickets, it shall be the Event Organiser's sole responsibility to contact You and process the refund and Nojoto shall have no liability in this regard.


  • Email confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an email
  • SMS confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an SMS
  • Push Notification: Your booking confirmation will be sent via Push Notification.

Buyer’s beware:

  • We will never ask for your Personal Identification Number (PIN) details over the phone or through any means except through the transaction page on the website when you book online.
  • Do not encourage any persons posing as our authorised representative/agent trying to sell you special offer voucher/gift vouchers/physically printed booking id's/winpins/voucher ecodes etc. Report the same immediately to us at support.Nojoto.com


  • Customer grants his/her consent to Nojoto for creating, storing, maintaining and updating their personal data. Such data shall include customer’s data (like name, address, telephone number, mobile number, date of birth, areas of interest, preferences etc. as provided by the customers), usage data (including without limitation, transactions and Cashback accrued, etc.), and data concerning contacts with Nojoto (including without limitation, enquiry regarding transactions) for the purpose of providing relevant information, personalized offers and customer services to the customers.
  • All customer data shall be collected, stored, protected and used in the manner indicated in Nojoto’s Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time) available at https://nojoto.com/privacyPolicy.php
  • The customer solicits and authorizes Nojoto to contact him by voice call, sms and/ or email. Customer hereby unconditionally consents that such contact by Nojoto is (a) upon the request and authorization of the Customer, (b) 'transactional' and not an 'unsolicited commercial communication' as per the guidelines of Telecom Regulation Authority of India (TRAI) and (c) in compliance with the relevant guidelines of TRAI or such other authority in India and abroad. The Customer will indemnify Nojoto against all types of losses and damages incurred by Nojoto due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous compliant raised by the Customer on Nojoto with respect to the intimations mentioned above or due to a wrong number or email id being provided by the customer for any reason whatsoever.
  • Nojoto reserves the right to offer Cashback to any customer as it may deem fit.
