HUMAN DIGNITY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL Generally the meaning of the words Human Dignity and justice is seen that,it means the the entire human being has the right to live a life of full with dignity and justice. When we talk about human dignity and justice ,we find that till date all human beings have not got full dignity and justice all over the world,even according to UNDHR,we have the right to live life with dignity,but to what extent do we follow it and get the right? If we have a little look at the life of the tribals,then we will see that these people have not got proper respect and justice till today from the point of view of human dignity and justice. Bacuse their lands have been destroyed in the name of development and schemes made by the government.It is being looted and not even getting proper compensation.Due to which they face the problems of displacement and migration. The consequences of facing all these problems have a profound effect on their lives as well as traditiona,language, culture and identity. Since even after opening the pages of history, we are victims of exploitation for years aare fighting for justice and dignity. Although, Human dignity and Justice is our birthright and constitution right;which gives us the right to live a justice and dignified life from birth to death. Generally the meaning of the words Human Dignity and justice is seen that,it means the the entire human being has the right to live a life of full with dignity and justice.
