सफलता ना हम गिरे,
ना हमारे हौसलों,
के मीनार गिरे,
पर वो हमें गिराने में,
कई बार गिरे....!
सवाल जहर का नहीं,
वो तो हमनें,
कई बार पी रखी थी,
तकलीफ मुसलसल उन्हें,
इस बात की थी,
वो आगे होकर भी,
हमसे पिछड़ गए।

मनुष्य के पास सुख के 
दसों अनुभूतियां,
वो एक दुःख को लिए,
दुःखी होता है।

वो सुख को याद कर भी,
दुःखी होता है,
और दुःख को याद कर भी
दुःखी होता है।

दूसरो के सुख देख भी,
दुःखी होता है।
दूसरों के दुःख देख भी,
दुःखी होता है।

सुख के तलाश में वो,
जीवन भर नश्वर शरीर,
दुःख को ही ढोता है।
