Emotional Suppression: Emotional suppression is a sort of dominance seen especially on the girls and women no matter the background they belong. The girls childhood is suppressed by imposing a traditional structure of the societal behaviour imposed on her. She is not allowed to voice her opinion else she's termed as opinionated or labelled with a permanent tatoo of certain hostile names. As she grows she continues to supress her emotions without any complaints likewise, her marital relationship where she prolongs herself to stay muted with no emotions displayed. Emotional regulation is a conspiracy, an inhumane stoop that one can fall down to make others feel uncomfortable, and compressing the ability of a person, the overwhelming thoughts and feelings that can lead to an irreplaceable damage. There are many different emotional regulation that are blinded to a naked eye. Suppressing the inner emotions like anger, sadness, grief and frustration will lead to physical and mental stress, perhaps one of the reasons for many suicides and many unheard silent violences that knocks every door in the society, even today.
