ਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਕੇ ਗਿੱਦੜਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਘੇਰਿਆ , ਮਾਰੀ ਨੌਂਦਰ ਤੇ ਭੱਜੇ ਫਿਰ ਪੂੰਛਾ ਦੱਬ ਕੇ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜੇ ਆਯਾ ਏ ਤਾਂ ਓਹਦੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ , ਲੱਗੇ ਗਿੱਦੜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਬ ਗਯਾ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਡਰ ਕੇ । ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਬਣਿਆ ਮੈਂ ਰਾਜਾ ਹਿੱਕ ਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜੋਰ ਤੇ , ਨਇਓਂ ਤੁਰਿਆ ਮੈਂ ਗਿੱਦੜਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੈੜ ਦੱਬ ਕੇ ਜੇ ਏਨੀ ਸੀ ਦਿਲੇਰੀ ਮਾਸਾ ਕੋਲ ਤਾਂ ਖਲੋਂਦੇ , ਏਡਾ ਜਿਗਰਾ ਲਿਓਨ ਪਰ ਕਿੱਥੋਂ ਕਡ ਕੇ । ਕੌਣ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਜੋਗਾ ਹੈਗਾ ਇਹ ਸਬ ਜਾਣਦੇ , ਕਿ ਕਰਨਾ ਦਿਖਾਵਾ ਫੋਕੇ ਫੈਰ ਕੱਢਕੇ ਮੁੜ ਹੋਏ ਕਦੇ ਭੇੜ ਫਿਰ ਕਰਾਗੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ , ਅਸੀਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਓਨੀ ਸਦਾ ਗਜ ਬਜ ਕੇ । ©Gurpreet Maan attitude of a king

ਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਕੇ ਗਿੱਦੜਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਘੇਰਿਆ ,
ਮਾਰੀ ਨੌਂਦਰ ਤੇ ਭੱਜੇ ਫਿਰ ਪੂੰਛਾ ਦੱਬ ਕੇ
ਸ਼ੇਰ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜੇ ਆਯਾ ਏ ਤਾਂ ਓਹਦੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ,
ਲੱਗੇ ਗਿੱਦੜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਬ ਗਯਾ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਡਰ ਕੇ ।

ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਬਣਿਆ ਮੈਂ ਰਾਜਾ ਹਿੱਕ ਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜੋਰ ਤੇ ,
ਨਇਓਂ ਤੁਰਿਆ ਮੈਂ ਗਿੱਦੜਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੈੜ ਦੱਬ ਕੇ
ਜੇ ਏਨੀ ਸੀ ਦਿਲੇਰੀ ਮਾਸਾ ਕੋਲ ਤਾਂ ਖਲੋਂਦੇ ,
ਏਡਾ ਜਿਗਰਾ ਲਿਓਨ ਪਰ ਕਿੱਥੋਂ ਕਡ ਕੇ ।

ਕੌਣ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਜੋਗਾ ਹੈਗਾ ਇਹ ਸਬ ਜਾਣਦੇ ,
ਕਿ ਕਰਨਾ ਦਿਖਾਵਾ ਫੋਕੇ ਫੈਰ ਕੱਢਕੇ
ਮੁੜ ਹੋਏ ਕਦੇ ਭੇੜ ਫਿਰ ਕਰਾਗੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ,
ਅਸੀਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਓਨੀ ਸਦਾ ਗਜ ਬਜ ਕੇ ।
