The question is whether or not other aspects of your life are in balance -if you can still feel satisfied with yourself and your life in the absence of 'Attention'. Obviously, humans have needs, and indefinitely depriving someone of meeting basic needs like sustenance, social interaction, and emotional gratification will have a negative impact on happiness or personal development. But, it is not an addiction to love beauty, the idea of companionship, or seeking validation of your existence. #attention
