A LOOK AT LIFE-17
BY-SMRUTI RANJAN MOHANTY

I do not know
who are they
Who brought me to this world
and left me all alone
to fight a lone battle
under the scorching heat of the sun
and pears of the shower
I do not know
What a mother is
and a father all about.
I am far away from the touch of
human relationships,
the lovely bondage of family
and all those that make life
a beauty on earth
Sometimes l look at them,
their fascinating world,
lovely gadgets
and the ocean of love
that bathes them
every now and then.
I see
how carefree and jubilant
they are,
completely lost
in the perennial stream of love
and delicate care,
dreaming all the way
for a still better tomorrow to come by.
I never envy,
nor do I regret
the lost childhood,
father's shadow and mother's lap.
All do I need and fancy
a bit of your love,
a bit of your affection
and a bit of everything you have
for kids of your own,
to grow and develop
and make life more bearable
On this unbearable earth.

BAHUBALI - One of the Best Indian Movie Product!
So, 14th July 2015 @ 10:20 pm, after full day's work and a beer, I went to watch Bahubali.
Perception before the movie: Actually, I didn't saw the trailer of the movie, and because a friend booked it, I went to see it. The only few things I saw about the movie was that it has done huge amount of business in few days, so what? Sallu Bhai's Movies does.. SRK's typical romantic movies does.. Aamir PK did..
I though, I will sit relax and if I feel sleepy I will go off to sleep.
Perception during the movie: When movie started, there were little illogical scenes of how a guy climbs on a huge mountain basis a mask, which to the hero's imagination is a awesome Hot Girl.
Moreover, almost 20 people left when the first love song came and the Hero was ripping Heroine and doing some mad romantic illogical steps. I stayed calm, even when my friend said "Ghar Chale Kya ? Sab Log ja rahe h". But till that time also, there quite a few scenes where the story grips you and makes you think, Bhai Waah!
As the movie progressed, it became so much engaging and entertaining that you can't take a susu break too, apart from one more idiotically place song, which reminds me - why do Indian movies need songs to thrive when the other things are good.
And the movie goes on and on and on ... it doesn't let you take your eye off the screen. It just hooks you on. There were several things in movie which beats standard of Indian Cinema. The director has taken the movie to another LEVEL of Indian cinema.
Perception after the movie: Various movie sequences keep coming back to your head, wanting to see more. I wont reveal the suspense as to what happens, but still would say - its sequel should have been released in 2015.

Quite a few thoughts come to my mind -
How would the idea person of the movie would have convinced producer/investor to put 250 Cr for this movie, and that too just the first half of the story? How many presentations and excel sheets would have gone in to it?How many pre-production meetings discussing the details and scaled would have happened to execute this level of project?I think that to think and execute this project with an fantastic final product is in itself a mark of how detailed oriented and execution focussed its people would have been. I truly recommend everyone to go and watch this film in theaters, because on Laptop or TV - you wouldn't understand the scale and breadth of it.
Awaiting its next part in 2016...

A LOOK AT LIFE-19
BY-SMRUTI RANJAN MOHANTY

Time
Never go away
In you lies my entire life
Its ups and downs
Its beauty and glamour
And all that i loved and relished
Over the years

Let me go down
The memory lane
To my early childhood
To feel the warmth of relationships
Mother's touch and father's love
Teacher's concern and sister's affection
And the carefree life
Lead in the scenic beauty of nature

Take me
To the glorious days of youth
Colourful and fascinating
To feel the nicest of relationships
I have ever had
And the drive and motivation
With which I worked

Time
Just hang on a bit
For i die to see once more
That beauty under the veil
And feel those most fulfilling moments
That made my life sheer poetry
On earth

The Moment
Stay a while
I am to see life once again
Give me a bit of you
I know the next is not mine

5 Best Movies of 2015
2015 was a pretty good year for new movies. Romantic fairytales and powerful biopics, crazy science fiction and epic historical dramas all hit the big screen. We’ve put together a list of the 5 movies that touched and inspired us the most, gave us food for thought and astounded us with their visual effects.
Perhaps you missed some of these, but if so, then you’ll have something to do during the long winter holidays!
The Martian

A Robinson Crusoe story, except it’s set in space. There’s not a huge amount of what we would call conventional action in this Ridley Scott movie. On of the members of the expedition to Mars (Matt Damon) is unable to leave the red planet with his fellow astronauts in time before a sand storm hits. He spends many gruelling months alone on this far off world trying to figure out how to survive for up to four years. Although it has a relatively straightforward plot at its heart, this movie is utterly captivating and beautifully shot, and its humour and spirit allows the audience to see life with all its difficulties from a different perspective, even if they seem overpowering at first.

Mad Max: Fury Road

A continuation of the story about how a future oil crisis on Earth submerges the planet in war and destruction. Gangs of thugs prowl around ready to tear anyone they see into shreds anybody for a drop of fuel. Even if you haven’t seen the previous parts, this movie is worth a watch. You can almost feel the kinesthetic energy and see the unbelievable beauty of the Namib Desert. You’ll also be reminded once again why Charlize Theron deserves large pay checks.
The Walk

This film was created by the producer of “Forrest Gump“, Robert Zemeckis. It tells the true story of the professional tightrope walker Philippe Petit who decided to ”walk" between the famous twin towers of the World Trade Center.

Everest

This movie recounts the tragic events that happened during an expedition to the Himalayas in 1996. Vivid camera work and intense drama dominate throughout the whole film. This movie will be remembered for a long time.

Spectre

Criticizing or praising the Bond series makes no difference, because it’s not going anywhere. It will always feature beautiful women, luxurious cars, nerve-wracking chases and of course, the handsome and brilliant Agent 007. Played once again by Daniel Craig, James Bond acquired a more believable character here. Now he is not only the invulnerable and impeccable hero, but he also suffers and shows the pain he experiences. The cast is also brilliant: Ralph Fiennes, Christoph Waltz and Monica Bellucci — need we say more?
