That was a great castle I had ever been to. The curtains, cushions and the Chandeliers. Indeed a beautiful garden built on a plinth. The walls painted in Vibgyor. Warm lights hung from Vault. Enthralling words On the vintage walls. The wounds of the castle echoed to keep me Forever! And I promised back to stay Forever. Days passed, Months passed, Years passed. Nights started getting sleepless. The flowers withered. The beds sunk. Curtains disappeared. Dreams shattered. Castle was still strong and young and so was I. Stakes of disperse was high. She sat cross-legged on the floor. Playing with a willow o wisp, That had come flitting by. Her grandmother sat on the stool, Combing her hair, As she tied her a plait, Her grandmother looked at her and asked, "Echemu, what are you doing?" She smiled and said with her childlike innocence, "Paatiamma, when I grow old, My hair will be like yours, white as a willow wisp." Her grandmother chuckled. A message notification woke her up from her dream. It was 3 am in the night. It was her father's text message. "Paatiamma passed away, half and hour back" She read the message and looked at the window. A willow o wisp settled on the window pane. "Paatiamma",she sighed. A chilll ran down her spine. A shadow fell on the floor. That did not look like the silhouettes of the trees or the lampost. The grandmother had come to bid goodbye, To her favorite grand daughter.
