I have heard people call You as Ar-Razzaq (The Provider) like they were so sure that You will provide for them even if there was not a single grain left in the house to fill their belly. And I couldn't help but wonder how can they be so sure until yesterday, when I had cooked some macaroni for two and it turned out a tad bit salty because of which the pasta remained just as much to fill a third person's stomach. I put it away for the maid and carried about. That day I had an appointment with dentist aftetr lunch who happened to give my toot a root canal and obviously I couldn't have anything hard for dinner like roti and there was no rice left either. It was late and noone could even get me some bread plus I had to take painkillers. Its then when I opened the fridge to find the macaroni laying there in wait just for me. The maid didn't come that evening and that made my supper for the night, so thankfully. And I couldn't help but smile looking up high saying truly You are the Best of providers:) #Allah #ar-razzaq #theprovider #macroni #foos #yqbaba
