Don't try. Don't try to be strong when you're not. Be vulnerable, see where it hurts. Be patient, see how it makes you feel. Then figure out ways to heal. And throw your life for the healing. Because you're not just healing yourself. You're healing everyone you touch. Privileged you are. If you are the chosen one to touch people. But don't try to become one. हरीतकी मनुष्याणाम मातेव हितकारिणी। कदाचित कुप्यते माता नोदरस्था हरीतकी।। इसलिए हरीतकी अर्थात् हरड़ को ऋतु के अनुसार अनुपान के साथ सेवन करे। हरड़ के रसायन गुण प्राप्ति की चाह रखने वालों के लिये इसका सेवन क्रम आगे आपकी सेवा में दिया जा रहा है इससे लाभ उठायें और प्रस्तुतीकरण के लिये मुझे आशीर्वाद दें। वैसे इसमें मेरा कुछ भी नहीं है ये तो आयुर्वेद ग्रंथों की वाणी हैं मैं तो बस इसको आप तक पहुँचाने का माध्यम बन रहा हूँ जिसकी क़ीमत के रूप में आप सबके आशीर्वाद की कामना करता हूँ। सिंधूत्थशर्करा शुंठी कणा मधु गुडै: क्रमात। वर्षादिष्वभया प्राश्या रसायन गुणैषिणा:।। इसके अनुसार जो व्यक्ति हरड़ के रसायन गुणों को पाने का इच्छुक हो वो इसके चूर्ण को ऋतुओं के अनुसार नीचे दिये गये क्रम:- वर्षा - सैंधव नमक के साथ शरद - शर्करा के साथ हेमन्त - शुंठी के साथ शिशिर - कणा मतलब पिप्पली के साथ वसन्त - मधु अर्थात् शहद के साथ ग्रीष्म - गुड़ के साथ सेवन करें। #ayurveda #health #fitness# nojoto #nojoto #foryou#insta#brahmveda #ramanuj #viadhya #ayurved
