White I feel like I’m trapped in a world that doesn’t give women the right to live freely or safely. It feels like we’re only allowed to suffer – to be harassed, judged, and blamed, even by the people who should be our support. I’m living with a husband whose drinking brings chaos and fear into my life, and all I want is a better, safer life for my 5-year-old. Sometimes, it feels like society turns a blind eye to our pain, expecting us to silently endure it. But I need to say this out loud – for myself, and for others who may be feeling the same.
