We really need to train our minds to understand that our life, our health and happiness is our and only ours responsibility. Don't let the peoples, things and your own pleasures......control you. Understand yourself, your own body, your thoughts, your every emotions or feelings, your positives or negatives, your strength or weakness, your pleasures or your real happiness.........and at the end accept yourself with all off yourself.
