OK Let's think the formula x² 2xy y² But we shall not use any division multiplication addition or substrction in this formula We just place the number using our mind Number given is 1024 So first digit is x and rest three digit is y I.e. x= 1 & y= 024 Now we will place it according to the formula SO x²= 1 2xy= 048 Now y² =024² or 24² Remember I told the method 24×24= (20×28)+4² ( as we deducted 4 then we have to compansate by adding a 4 on second one thus 24+4=28 and square of 4 I.e. 16) So we are getting 576 on our mind Now just place as x² 2xy y² 1048576 BINGO ......I elaborated but it's so simple if you close your eyes and think just 5 second like 1023 square is 1046529 #mathstricks #aptitude
