does it take a million chances and a million more pieces of courage to confess Love? i don't have a clue, for i haven't been through a day that can make one as brittle as you were, when you spewed it. i laughed it off. to date, i point it out and be proud of myself for rejecting your love without rejecting you. i don't remember how easy it was, on a scale of 0 to 10. i remember nothing but praying-- this must be a prank, and asking Lord to not take my prayer seriously, for one day alone. what did i expect? if i had cut ties with you, instead of showing indifference, i would have saved myself from falling into something i dread, maybe. why do i fear Love? or, is it commitment that gives me chills? whatever it is, please don't let guilt and regret surface. for, falling in Love always seems like something that rhymes with wrong timing and faulty fate. it's reckless if this isn't unnerving. _____ i don't know if i mean it. we have got a zillion unproven theories. _____ #YQbaba #love #life #youandme
