A lot of changes in the last few days. People have started walking in my society. Markets have eateries and salons opened. The temperature has risen. The schools are going to give summer break. I walked in my society for the first time in two months yesterday. It was a mixed emotional affair. With the bandana wrapped it was suffocating and some unknown fear was there. There was also a feeling of normalcy returning back. The lives of maids, car cleaners, and contract workers is hit like hell. Otherwise cheery maid of mine is desperate to start work as her expenses are not met entirely. Though, some people like me are giving her full salary, some are not. The people who press clothes are unable to afford a square meal. A livelihood allows a man to spend according to his wish while getting help is temporary. It is not a problem solver. Returning to work is important and even after returning there is no guarantee that people will pour in the clothes as before. How can we do something , so that such situations can be improved, is a difficult question. I pray for everyone's health and safety 🙏 Hope life returns to normal soon. How was your day?
