On your way up, be kind to everyone you meet, and if possible try to pull them up too, with you. If you happen to slip and fall, they are the ones whom you will meet on your way back down, and they are the ones who are going to try to catch you and place next to them, so that you won't fall all the way down and won't have to begin climbing again from the rock bottom.
