So today's novel is "And then there were none" by Agatha Christie.

It is a crime/mystery novel written by Agatha Christie. Who in the reader's world hasn't heard of her name and her works. The story starts in an island where 10 strangers are invited to stay, isolated from the world, without any kind of contact. All of them have some dark secrets from their past totally different from each others'. Then one person dies mysteriously, and rest of them realize there is a murderer among them, and one of them might be the next victim. Amidst the chaos, how to identify the murderer and be alive becomes a great challenge for everyone else. They stay alert, but then another one of them is murdered, and then one again, till there was none alive. Who was the murderer if everyone is dead? Was it someone else? No, and the last one to die was also not the murderer. Someone murdered 9 strangers, few while he/she was alive and others from his/her grave. How was it possible?

Read this novel to find out the mystery behind the murders that were done by a person in life and then in death and share your views on it, and below are mine.

As the name of the book goes, it is justifiable, as there were literally none alive, when all of this was over. Agatha has always been an amazing writer/novelist with so much insight on the story. The details, planning and suspense, all were extraordinary. The novel seems confusing at the beginning and it's difficult to relate with the characters and understand what actually was going on, but as the story progresses, things get quite clearer. But, without reading epilogue, I don't think anyone would have fully understood, what exactly happened and why. The epilogue gives the story a whole new meaning and insight. I would recommend this novel only to someone who has patience to continue with the suspense and questions in mind, who can keep the previous chapters of the story in mind while reading the next ones, because the each chapter is related somehow to others. If one reads the story till the end, I can assure you, you wouldn't be able to stop thinking of all the incidents that happened in the story.
