mind might be a free horse or a submissive slave it is what you allow it to be .. We often delve into ourselves to ponder over the goings on around us and inside us . Our mind sometimes runs haywire like a rudderless boat wondering which direction to take .If we let it run amok it would certainly push us deep into an endless pit of desperation and unending anxiety .So the thing to wonder is whether we can make it go into a path that we desire .
