"Hum kagaz nahi dikhayenge" and Migrant labour mob is blaming PM Modi for hardships, but on contrary the states where they are domiciled along with the states from where they originate aren't addressing their issue of return even after Orders and Advisories from Central Government ! But for the whole tenure of PM Modi we find the similar states barking for more autonomy !
