This is something that will never change.it is really saddening to see that almost every day there is a news on mob lynching or rape.rapes of even a 3-6 month old baby. People hold candles and protest. procession are made.yet these crime never stop .it will never stop .our rules aren't strict enough to punish an individual aptly for the crimes he/she has committed .
