White You sound like a forgotten language, slowly

White
You sound like a forgotten language, slowly whispering-
It's all coming back to me.
Starting with verbs, flowing into second-person pronouns
Loving you, dreaming of you,
Connecting through vivid adjectives,
Passionately embracing, playfully wrestling.

Time and separation have been our fiercest trials,
Yet look at the strength we've forged,
How our dialects mirror yet diverge,
Movements and gestures remain steadfast—
It's in the way you hold me, and I hold you.

Embracing the joyous tears we've silently wept,
Releasing emotions long suppressed.
The path back home has never been so radiant,
Amidst the spectacular changes of the ever-evolving terrain.
