Atleast Once, we all loved someone so hard, that we even forgot to love ourself, when we don't get her/him, our self worth issues starts arising , and we be like there's no love in world or be like that we are not worthy or enough and doesn't deserve love. But actually we were not that sad, depressed because of that person or anyone it's our own fears and insecurities,which make us feel like that which gives power to external factors to influence our lives and needs validation and approval from others, and subconsciously it becames a habit of chasing someone/ something even after knowing that it was toxic or not for us, but may be we get used to feel that kinda feelings but we need to release these feelings, no matter how hard it to let go off them or hurts or time it takes. Sometimes healing requires breaking us in pieces to reform us in a different way and transform ourselves into a masterpiece and you have to initiate your healing journey by yourself and for that we need to to face our fears and insecurities and became self confident and to know our worth and to realise that we don't need any external approval we just need to be authentic in ourselves and 'Just be, who you are' not pretending to be someone else because your uniqueness makes you amazing. ©Princy khatri #heartbroken #journey before #healingheart #healingsoul #LifeStory and #experiences
