The people had habit to play so many roles in there life. The smiley expression when they are with frds. The sadness when they are alone. Playing dumb when someone is taking care. Stay happy in family. Going out but don't want to give an explanation and etc. Etc. When they will understand that you don't have to change yourself if you are sad, don't play dumb when you are smart. If they want you truly you don't have to change yourself. Don't stop loving yourself. Things changed nothing is permanent.
