There is happiness and sorrow in everyone's life. Remembering the sorrow, we curse our life that our life is like hell. May God not give such a life to anyone... As long as "happiness" remains in our life, we remember it. Then as soon as sorrow comes in life, we start worrying by thinking about all the past sorrows..., and instead of remembering that happiness, we get immersed in the world of sorrows... Life is that which has both happiness and sorrow. One who does not have sorrow in his life can never enjoy happiness. So live your life, don't waste it.
