Whenever we imagine worldly relations or imagine the world on the basis of gender, then our thoughts only rest on the attraction of opposite sexes of men and women and the presence of these two sexes of man on earth.  Whereas men and women having attraction towards the same sex or people having equal attraction towards both sexes as well as those who change their gender and transgender community is also a part of this world.  Their combined community is called the LGBTQ+ community.

 This community has been struggling for a very long time to get its identity in the Indian society.  There are very few families who adopted their children with their true gender identity and set an example for the society.  One such name that his family accepted along with his genuine sexuality is 'Ghazal Dhaliwal.'

 In 2014, in an interview given in Aamir Khan's social-related program 'Satyamev Jayate', 'Ghazal Dhaliwal' talked about the unheard aspects of his life.  Ghazal, who has made her mark as a writer in the Mumbai film industry, was born as a boy, Gunraj Dhaliwal.  His father 'Bhajan Pratap Dhaliwal' and 'Sukarni Dhaliwal' were residents of Patiala city of Punjab province.

 When Ghazal, as a boy, was playing alone with her mother's clothes at the age of five, she was slapped by a woman she knew as a wrongdoing.  That day she realized that something was wrong with her body which she had not yet understood.  Then at the age of fourteen, when Ghazal told her father about her condition, her father told him, contrary to the expectation – “I do not understand what you are saying, but it does not mean it at all.  that you have no problem.  It may be a period of age that will pass with time.  You wait a little, maybe everything will be fine.
