What is anger ? An emotion which control us. What is anger to you ? An emotion which I want to control. What is angry you ? A person different from me. That is why you have anger issues, it ain't something that you have to control, neither it controls you, It's a part of you, same as any other emotion, but you won't accept it, you will try to suppress it and in the process you will burst on many, most of them will be the one close to you.
