what type of equality and/or justice we beg for?

what type of
equality and/or justice
we beg for?

(Read caption) India is democratic country. Indians are secular. Some Indians fight for equality, some Indians fight for justice. Still, we can not achieve both things, you know why? Because of cast system and most importantly we neglect fact that where is equality there is no chance for justice and where justice exist there never born equality!!!!!!! Some beg for feminism without knowing deep down the subject. Why I am writing all these things? Because, from past few days I came across such incidents!!
1) JEE mains exam is entrance exam for engineering. Last month I fill the form and shocked after knowing the fees! For open/ OBC male fee is Rs. 450/- and for all girls / ST, NT, BC males fee is Rs. 250/- Here is no justice not equality as well. What if some open/OBC male candidates are unable to pay the fee?
2)Today I feel form for NEET exam which is entrance exam for medical faculty. Again here I realised big difference in fees. For open and OBC candidates fee is 1500/- and for all other low casts fee is just 750/- that means half of original fee!!!! My friend named Sujata, cannot feel form because she belongs from open category and as her father is farmer she is totally unable to pay the fees. Opposite to this situation my another friend named Utkarska belong from ST have to pay only 750/- but her dad is well settled Professor of literature. This is not justice! This not equality! This is not for what some people fought! In fact Sujata is more talented nd clever than Utkarska but she going to miss chance just because of this!!!!!
3) One of my male friend missed chance to get admission in my collage in 11th. After board exams he got good enough score to get in any collage still due to some reasons he late for admission. Collage not gave him admission while seats are remaining by saying that seats are reserved for girls!!!!! He is deserving still he didn't get chance because of "Reservation"!!!!!!!!

All these things forced me to think "what type of equality and/or justice we beg for???

(P.S. - I don't want to hurt anyone by word "low cast". I use it in reference to "backward class". As I noticed many times that people always prefer "low cast" while talking about Reservation that's why I used it.)
