Ps: Nocturnal enuresis or bedwetting is a disorder, very few discuss about. It's embarrassing, and it's scarier. It lowers down the self confidence of people having it, mainly the teenagers and adults. Shockingly, 1 out of 10 people have enuresis. But we hardly know any of our friends or relatives who suffer from this disorder. People suffering from this feel shame in discussing about it, because anyone would make fun out of it. Open and healthy discussions with people having enuresis can really act as a mental support to them. It can reduce the fear and embarrassment and it can be of a great help to them in overcoming this disorder.
