संसिद्धिकाश्च भावाः प्राकृतिका वैकृताश्च धर्माद्याः । दृष्टा: करणाश्रयिणः कार्याश्रयिणश्च कललाद्याः ।। 43 ।। Word Meaning : Dharmaadyaah bhavah, Dispositions such as Virtue and the rest; sansidhikaah, are innate; prakritikah cha, and are of Nature; vaikritaah cha, and incindentals or acquired; Karanashrayinah drishtah, they are seen as residing in budhhi ; kalalaadyaah cha, and the ovum etc; karyashrayinah, reside in the effect. It means : Virtue and other positions are innate, of Nature, and acquired.
