With knowledge vast and skills refined, I stand before the job board, blind. For every role I see in sight, Requires skills I don't possess, not quite.

I hold degrees in fields of art,
And certifications, with a smart,
But none of that seems to matter,
As I am met with constant chatter.

"You're overqualified, move along,"
They say, as if my knowledge is wrong.
But I am not a tool to be used,
My skills and talents should not be abused.

So I wait for a job that's just right,
One that values knowledge and insight.
And until that day,
I'll keep on learning,
For my education is not yet earning.
