Follow the four D's rule.

I first heard about this rule from Dan Roby, its principle is to reduce the impact of work overload on your mind. 4D are four simple rules that can radically change your life.

Rule 1. Do it - Do it. Never put off something that you can do right now.

Rule 2. Dump It Now - when any task arises, do not waste your time, just make a decision and follow it.

Rule 3: Delegate simple tasks. If among your subordinates or colleagues there is someone who can complete the task for you, give it to him. There is no need to “curry favor” or try to outdo someone by grabbing any job, just delegate and remember that your time is too valuable to waste on less important tasks.

Rule 4. When putting off solving any task, always plan the time when you will return to it; a task that you have not written down or planned will most likely be postponed forever.
