I sit and stare into the sky Watching clouds as they drift by Each one a canvas, bright and bold A story waiting to be told I let my mind drift far away To places I have yet to stray And in my daydreams, I can be Anyone, anywhere, anything I see I'm a pirate, sailing the seas A traveler, exploring mysteries A poet, crafting words that sing A bird, soaring on outstretched wings My daydreams take me far and wide To worlds I've never seen outside And yet, they feel so real to me A chance to fly, to be free I know that when the day is done I'll return to life under the sun But for a moment, I can be Anything that I want to see So let me dream, and let me fly Through clouds and stars up in the sky For in my daydreams, I can see A world of endless possibility. ©gopi kiran #आशियाना
