One of the greatest Indian actors, Dilip Kumar, is no more. He passed away today morning at the age of 98. Born Yusuf Khan in 1922 in Peshawar, now in Pakistan, he was known by the screen name Dilip Kumar once he joined Bollywood in the 1940s. He holds the record of winning the maximum number of Filmfare awards, winning the inaugural award and the best actor 8 times thereafter. He introduced the method acting technique to the Indian cinema. Dilip Kumar was suffering from a long illness and complained of breathing issues today, when he was admitted to the hospital where he breathed his last.
