A hurriedly scribbled verse, choice of words bothers, or maybe the phrases I didn't dare use, comma or semicolon, which is more appropriate? lines that don't talk back to me, that constant struggle, strange numbness, which cannot explain what is wrong, only sure that something is, makes me wonder, is it the verse or my life that it represents the cause of mental colic? should I just erase the words or the pause that pervades?
