Today India celebrate Vijay Diwas as we won 1999 Kargill war against Pakistan. Such a proud day for us. I want to share one incident about The Captain Vikram Batra who sacrificed his life at Tiger hill. He is the main reason behind our win on Tiger hill. When he called for the war, he was on a vacation. While coming on his duty, he told his family that "Either I will come back after hoisting Tricolour (Indian flag), or I will come back wrapped in it, but I will be come back for sure" He awarded with Param Vir Chakra for his actions. He died while fighting with enemies on 7 July 1999, he had kill 5 Pakistani soldier. "Yeh Dil Mange More" is the code word of him to report about his success to commander through radio message. When I came across to Captain Vikram Batra's story it literally give me goosebumps!!!!!!! At the end I want to salute each & every soldier of India who fought for India in that war🙏
