Two days late on writing this !! I wrote it but couldn't post !! 11th day of 21day is just perfectly half filled glass of water. Half relieved minds with half filled with anxiety. Day started with Pranayam and meditation. Something which I have been advised since childhood as a remedy for migraine but I was too lazy to start or too active to sit calmly on a single place for this. Lockdown and my chronic cough cold brought this in my routine. Meditation might be the reason that despite of many disturbing news , my half filled calmness wins over the anxiety. I watched one bollywood movie in afternoon without any intrupption. It is an achievement for me being mom of two kids. And finished another web series too !! Am I alive !! Day ends with the hope of better tomorrow . 11 minutes are just right for pleasure. 11 rupees is the ideal alm you give in India. 11 is when I start shortlisting a midnight poem from among the dozens I read through the day. 11, eleven, sounds elegant.
