Understand that your feelings are valid. every single one of them even if you loved the wrong person, cared too much, trusted the wrong friend gave too much of your heart away hating the situation, frustrated by your broken heart upset that things didn't turn out the way you wanted it to hurt by all of the stupid circumstances that all went up in flames.
