The manufacturing facilities of Covid-19 (deterrent) Vaccines are being developed in a single year, unlike Polio, Small Pox etc which took several years to develop and administer. 2. The bio-secure facilities to handle such viruses used as raw materials cannot be developed over a small period of time. 3.
