I love people who buy crackers in Diwali and colours in Holi and I love how they pose with the tricolour on the Independence Day. Years pass and seasons change but such people stay the same. You'll always find them doing exactly what they are supposed to do. So yeah, I love these humans of culture. But then I find myself in completely different places. I feel myself in places where I'm not supposed to be. For example, I could be playing a cricket game and think of Holden Caulfield. Deeply. I've been through many such places, let me tell you about some.

I think of some girl in Manila, Philippines. She's 23 years old, all alone. She lost all her family seven years ago. Now she sells love to men from all over the world. Sometimes, when it gets too much, she puts her head down in despair. And then, the very next day, does what the men ask her to do. The girl from Manila, she stays on my mind and I cannot do anything about it.

I think of another girl from Thekkady, Kerala. Just 18, depressed over her BMI, she finds a man who persuades her and makes her believe she's beautiful. She, brimming in love, innocently gives him her all. Then, the man leaves, leaving a body on a tree.
