Dear 18-yo HG, (caption) Dear 18-year-old HG, how're you? answer to this question has been a cinch to me all this while. what does this "question" do to your senses? write to me when it's time. remember, "Better late than never." the complexity of getting into college has just rained over me. if not for lockdown, i'd have puked everytime, if words like admission, application, cut-offs, interviews, counselling -- had been directed at me. luck or not, i'm relieved now. i'm not thankful for witnessing how World looks during a pandemic or for adding lockdown and quarantine to our daily dictionary. let's not potter into that, for now. do you remember how frequently you used "for now" when you were like me? how're you dealing with the Student Membership perks? do you have Amazon Prime Student? Spotify Premium? Library cards? i'm not talking about borrowed accounts, mind you. manage to twist into crevices and set yourself free. wander off to unknown lands and draw boundaries if necessary. test if making rules and breaking rules sound like cracking knuckles.
