Do I FLOAT a company or join another firm was the question in my mind when I faced a crossroad in my professional life. FLOAT a company, I did, in a spur of the moment's decision, not really thinking of the pros and cons, the added responsibilities of shouldering the day to day work and the decision making. Am I happy about it? The answer is yes and no... Happy coz I'm my own boss... Sad as it's taking a longer time to reach my goal than I expected.
