സത്വഗുണത്തിന്റെ മേന്മ, യോഗത്തിന്റെയും സാംഖ്യത്തിന്റെയും രഹസ്യം –#ഭാഗവതം🕉️ Lord Krishna continued: The sages should fight the rajas and tamas that cause evil thoughts to develop with sattva which is cultivated by using the diet, science and water which the sages consider to be sattvic. And then it should be overcome by virtue itself. Rajoguna considers the body as 'I' and wanders in search of 'pleasure'. This leads to fruit-seeking actions. Such actions also have consequences. The wise man realizes the evil effect of such conduct and through meditation - asana and pranayama - becomes steadfast in Me.
